Our research shows that this Winchester Model 70 was manufactured in 1965. Chambered in .225 Winchester, it has a 22″ barrel.
Additional features on this Model 70 include hooded front sight, factory stock keeper, checkered Monte Carlo stock, factory buttplate and sling mounts.
This rifle also has been factory drilled for scope mounts. Barrel is clear with very good rifling.
This Model 70’s stock is in very good condition, showing minimal signs of use for its age. We see no major chips, scratches, or gouges. We do see varnish checking. Bluing on the rifle is in excellent condition with no marks on barrel or receiver. There are some small scratches on the floorplate.
