Description

Our research shows that this Remington 700 (BDL) was produced in 1969, making it a second model. It is chambered in .270 Winchester with a 22″ barrel with clear and bright rifling. Has factory buttplate. Receiver is factory drilled for scope mounts. We see no evidence of a scope ever being mounted on this rifle. Bolt face seems to retain all of its original bluing. Bolt and receiver serial numbers match.

This 700 has a Monte Carlo stock with checkering on the handgrip area and three sides of the forearm. The stock is in very good condition with minor signs of use. There are no cracks or gouges found.

Barrel has minor signs of gun rack wear on left side of barrel. Otherwise, the bluing is excellent. Original sight hood included.
